Mr. Mwebembezi Johnson is a 51 -year dedicated and dynamic professional Senior Social Development Officer with Ministry of Health at Kabale Regional Referral Hospital. He has a package of skills ranging from counselling individuals and groups with social problems, teaching, communication and management. He is a member of Uganda Counselling Association with a 17-year experience as head of Counselling section at Kabale Regional Referral Hospital, He is a national trainer in Group and Individual Psychotherapy, Focal person for Gender based Violence at Kabale RRH.

He has been in church leadership as a Legal representative and Bible teacher with Emmanuel Mission Uganda since 2008 when it was established. He pastors Emmanuel Mission Brethren Assembly in Kabale City, which he planted. Johnson and Annette have been married for 26 years, they have  five children.
