Dr. Caesar Luswili confessed the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour on 31st January, 1988 at Nchanga Christian Brethren chapel in Chingola district on the Copperbelt province of Zambia. He later obeyed the Lord in the waters of baptism in April, 1992 at Lusaka Gospel Hall where he was received in fellowship and subsequently served the Lord there for many years.

On 31st December, 2005, Dr. Luswili married Mrs. Maureen Muyunda-Luswili at Lusaka Gospel Hall. In the year 2009, Dr. Luswili completed his Bachelors of Veterinary Sciences at the University of Zimbabwe. Dr. Luswili was in fellowship at Bethany Chapel. In 2010, Dr. Luswili established a private veterinary practice in Lusaka which he still runs to date. Dr. and Mrs. Luswili have a daughter, Chilungu, a niece, Nchimunya, and a grandchild, Chambo, who are part and parcel of their home. Currently, the Luswilis serve the Lord at Lilanda Gospel Hall where they have been since 2012.
