He is married with three children Brayden, Christa and Adriel. He is the founder and Executive Director of Teens for Christ Rwanda since 2014, tent maker of Stella Impact Rwanda limited. He is also a Pastor at Inkuru Nziza Church Nyarugenge. He also did leadership and theology and Youth ministry. Mbanzabugabo has experience in Social Development, pastoral care, mission work, bible teacher, specialist in Entrepreneurship.

He is also a trainer at the TFC Youth Ministry Institutes. Aminadab has trained over 40 local missionaries who are now in different cities spreading the Gospel to over 66 000 young people every single week in 11 cities. He is currently living in Southern Province Kamonyi District. He and his team put together a strategy of how they are going to reach 1 Million Teenagers for Discipleship and Evangelism every single week.
